If you recently switched to windows vista or windows 7 you might come across this issue. e.g you download a jquery plugin and for some reason you see that it does not work. You keep on checking the file paths and the internet for any bugs related to that plugin but find nothing. Guess what!? windows 7 has a security feature that blocks the file that has been downloaded. First time I came across this I was working on incorporating a jquery plugin on one of my websites. After hours of banging my head I looked at the properties of the javascript file and found this new "Unblock" button. I clicked on it and blah! plugin started working. Sometimes you will not even see an error for some plugins but you will see that the plugin will not work. It's simply because your windows is blocking the file.
